Abstract
The European Works Council members need to understand the EU legal context of H&S and the role played on the sectoral social dialogue level. This training will give also an overview of the existing national H&S representatives and tools to monitor the H&S company policies. Several panel discussions will allow an exchange of experiences and a specific focus will be on the diversity of instruments to be used to co-construct an effective H&S policy among the European employees, even abroad.
