Abstract
This training course aims to raise practical awareness of the EWC being an important tool of democracy at work, starting from the proper election and EWC seat distribution, through to the EWC escalation procedure, and ending with influencing the decision-making of multinational companies via impactful information & consultation.
In this three-day course, participants will create a set of practical actions for their EWCs to improve democracy at work.
Target group
EWC and SE WC members, EWC Select Committee members, EWC coordinators, BLERs interested in cooperating with EWCs, and trade unionists supporting EWCs.
