Abstract
The world today requires the capacity to operate assertively. It is necessary to increase analytical skills and develop strategies at all levels. A way of thinking that is critical, open and strategic is a method to be learned and developed at the European level to define future strategies for a trade unionism that is effective, modern and long-term. The training aims to reinforce the strategical and creative thinking capacities of leaders who take decisions in their organisations.

Working languages
The Active language will be English. One passive language can be added according to the participant's needs.
Participants
Leaders and decision-makers of trade unions in charge of the strategic development of their union both young and experienced. Basic IT (computer) and English skills are needed to participate in this training. Participants will be introduced to the tools and methods used during the training beforehand.
