ETUI Education have recently developed four learning pathways, helping EWCs and SE WCs in designing their own long – term, multiannual training strategy. All you need is to follow the topics step-by-step.
To cope with participants’ diverse learning patterns, the EWC pathways draw on the Jungian model of four basic colours representing personality preferences and associated behaviours, also corresponding with the Insights methodology (widely used in corporate learning & development). The colour of a pathway illustrates our approach to the topic, but it shouldn’t limit in any way: the pathways can and should be mixed and combined in different ways, reflecting the diversity of your EWC landscape and the needs and interests of the individual EWC members.
Every pathway consist of 13 training modules, arranged in the matrix.
